The air way entry and air compressor should be connected by Φ19mm or Φ25mm galvanized steel pipe, or high intensity rubber tube. It should not be connected by rusty pipe or water pipe. The air compressor must be fixed in a ventilating, dry and dustless environment, or it will be affected and the color sorting result would be affected unfavorably. The air filter should be set on a place where water accumulation can be easily observed and drained. It is suggested that the drainage button under the filter be connected to a plastic pipe for discharging the water to ground or vessels. Notice: Before fixing gas storage container, user should apply for the approval of the local government. Quality management: Color sorter workflow: Materials through the raw grain elevator from the top into the color sorting machine, preceded by a separation, the qualified materials (a good product) is the finished product, a separation of the failed material (a bad product) provided by the user through the elevator to secondary secondary sorting channel separation, sorting and qualified secondary materials (second Ichiban) directly into the raw grain elevators to return to a re-sorting separation, and the failure of secondary sorting materials (excluding materials ) is the waste. For minor problem, customer can solve it by himself under guide of sales manager and after sales technicians. 3.The manufacturer is responsible for arranging to post new parts which will be used to replace damaged parts. The customer shall return damaged parts to manufacturer. 4. For special cases, technician of manufacturer will come to solve problem for customer.
